Bienvenue sur la colline du bonheur
Sud-Ouest de Paris, à la périphérie de la Vallée de Loire, Yvonne
et Patrice Seveau-de Hiep
littéralement travaillé années à suer à restaurer une ferme et bâtiments délabrée. Le néerlandais Yvonne ya
vécu pendant plusieurs années avant sa rencontre
avec les Français Patrice. Avec ses
propres mains et avec l'aide de nombreux
amis, ils ont commencé leur vie professionnelle. Ils ont
recueilli comprennent anciennes et authentiques matériaux, comme les pierres calcaire, des vieilles
tuiles, portes et poutres en chêne.
Étape par étape, par essais et
erreurs, de modifier le champ d'expiration dans un paradis de bonheur sur
la colline entre l'Ile Bouchard et Theneuil. Le couple s'est
marié à la fin 2010 et lancé en
2011 ont lancé leur
gîte confortable à louer pour un
week-end ou un jour férié. Les oies et les poules grattent dans la cour et les hirondelles, des merles et
les chardonnerets nichent dans le printemps. Dans le
pré derrière leur ferme les
fidèles deux poneys broutent, Bart et Ben, que émigré avec Yvonne
des Pays-Bas à la France. Dans un pré loin les deux chevaux Sambre et Harold. Yvonne parle néerlandais, français et anglais.

Welkom op de heuvel van geluk
Ten zuidwesten van Parijs, aan de rand van de Loirevallei, hebben Yvonne en Patrice Seveau- de Hiep zich letterlijk jaren in het zweet gewerkt om een vervallen boerenerf met opstallen te restaureren. De Nederlandse Yvonne woonde er al enkele jaren voordat ze de Franse Patrice leerde kennen. Eigenhandig en met de hulp van vele vrienden zijn ze aan hun levenswerk begonnen. Ze verzamelden onder andere oude, authentieke materialen, zoals de streekgebonden, typische kalkstenen, oude dakpannen, deuren en eiken balken. Stap voor stap, en met vallen en opstaan, veranderde het vervallen terrein in een paradijsje van geluk op de heuvel tussen L’ile Bouchard en Theneuil. Het stel is eind 2010 getrouwd en start in 2011 met het verhuren van een knusse gîte. Op hun erf scharrelen kippen en ganzen en in het voorjaar nestelen er boerenzwaluwen, putters en merels. In de wei achter hun boerderij staan de twee trouwe pony’s Bart en Ben die jaren geleden met Yvonne uit Nederland naar Frankrijk emigreerden. In een wei verderop Yvonne’s paarden Samber en Harold. Yvonne spreekt Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

Welcome to the hill of happiness
Southwest of Paris, on the edge of the Loire
Valley, Patrice and Yvonne Seveau-de Hiep have
literally worked years up a sweat to restore dilapidated farm buildings. The Dutch Yvonne lived there for
several years before she met the
French Patrice. With their own hands and with the help of many friends, they began
their life's work. They collected old, authentic materials, such as the
area bound, typically limestone, old tiles, doors
and oak beams. Step by step, through
trial and error, changing the expiry field in
a paradise of happiness on the hill between L'ile
Bouchard and Theneuil. The couple married late 2010 and
launched the hiring of a
cozy cottage starting 2011. On their property scratching chickens and geese, nesting farmer swallows,
blackbirds and goldfinches in springtime. In the meadow
behind their farm stand the
two loyal ponies that Bart and
Ben who emigrated with Yvonne from the Netherlands to France years ago. In
a meadow further away stand Yvonne's horses Harold and Samber. Yvonne
speaks Dutch, French and
English.
